While Windy Hollow Books doesn’t have a direct store, you can find our titles at most local bookstores. If you're having trouble finding a specific book, feel free to contact us — we're happy to help!

Our warehouse begins processing orders immediately after they are placed, so we cannot guarantee that requested changes can be made before shipment. Please choose your items carefully and ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

If you need to make an urgent change, please contact our team right away — we’ll do our best to assist. However, once your order has been booked for pick-up, we are unable to make any amendments.

Because we want you to love your purchase, we don’t offer exchanges or returns. Please be sure to select your items carefully.

Please email us with your order number and a photo of the fault. Once we receive your request we will arrange a replacement.

If the items in your order are in stock, we’ll dispatch your order the same business day for purchases placed before 1pm AEST. Orders placed after 1pm AEST will be dispatched the next business day.

Please note that during busy periods, promotional events, and sales, dispatch times may be delayed.

We ship all orders from Australia. If you're ordering from outside Australia, please be aware that any customs duties or taxes charged by your country are your responsibility. For specific details, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Windy Hollow Books is required by law to declare the full value of your order on international shipments and include an invoice if requested by customs.
